What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, budget range, preferred locations and any message you send through our enquiry forms, WhatsApp or email.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and UTM campaign parameters. We use this to understand which content is useful and where our enquiries originate.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a property shortlist
- To share project documentation, pricing and site-visit arrangements
- To send market updates, if you have opted in
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered real estate agent
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing with developers
When you ask us to arrange a site visit or register you for a specific project, we share your name and contact number with that developer — a channel-partner requirement without which a booking cannot be attributed or a visit arranged. We tell you which developer before we do it. We do not share your budget, your other shortlisted projects, or your negotiating position.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 36 months from your last interaction. Transaction records are retained for eight years as required under Indian tax and RERA regulations. You may request earlier deletion of enquiry data at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set after consent. You can decline them without affecting site functionality.
Your rights
Write to info@realttech.com to access a copy of the data we hold on you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent for marketing, or object to processing. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be notified to anyone on our mailing list.
