CIDCO allocates Navi Mumbai land through auction, and Kharghar's sector 35 hill line has no significant unsold parcels left. When the supply of a view is fixed, the premium attached to it compounds instead of eroding — the opposite of what happens on an open plain where the next tower blocks yours.
